Quick Start

Clone this repository to your local computer by going to your GitHub Desktop application and cloning from git@github.com:kk1995/BauerLab.git.

Add the following to path:

• BauerLab/MATLAB/parameters
• BauerLab/MATLAB/lib

Open an example script 'BauerLab/MATLAB/examples/gcampImagingExample.m'.
Change the 'tiffFileName' variable to whatever file that will be run.
Run the script.
